from senior operational management experience, senior operational
command experience, senior operational training experience, and,

This associate has a specific and unique learning product, CRISIS
Command, a learning intervention, which was developed as part of
PhD research which, therefore, has proven reliability, validity,
and crucially, utility. The product has been successfully introduced
in the Scottish Prison Service, and trialled in the nuclear industry,
a multi-agency public order event, and in seminars for multi-agency
crisis managers, including oil, gas, and aviation. The learning
product, CRISIS Command, is adaptable, within a framework, for any
organisation whose crisis responders, at whatever level, are required
to have effective crisis command cognitive skills."
